Bratendu Dey Chakraborty is a dynamic and driven professional with a passion for knowledge and a diverse range of interests. Currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management from SCMHRD Pune, Bratendu has already made significant strides in his career, having worked as a DevOps and Integration Engineer at Temenos. Bratendu's experience at Temenos involved preparing and releasing update packs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and eliminating manual intervention while checking for junk characters that used to crash client systems. He also implemented process improvement automation, making it 66% more efficient while ensuring the sanctity of deliverables. Bratendu built dashboards and productivity reports to allow senior management to track progress and assess efficiency. In addition to his work experience, Bratendu has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from SRM University and has completed science coursework at St. Xavier's Institution. He is skilled in DevOps, Integration, and Software Engineering. Bratendu's current role is as a Human Resources Summer Intern at Amway, where he is applying his skills and knowledge to support the company's HR initiatives. He has also been recognized for his achievements, having been named a Forbes D2C Top100 Competitive Leader in 2021 and a Young HR Icon by the National HRD Network. Bratendu was also a National Finalist for TATA Steel, ICICI, Cummins, and Nomura, and a National Winner for VOIS Vantage in 2021. Outside of work, Bratendu is an avid reader and sketcher, and he enjoys observing and analyzing human behavior. He is a well-rounded individual with a thirst for knowledge and a drive to succeed in all aspects of life.
